First Citizens Bank is a great place to bank. I enjoy banking with the Concord branch of First Citizens. Candy & Katherine are like personal bankers to the customers. Always helpful & knowledgeable.
First Citizens Bank is friendly. The staff at the Mallard Creek branch of First Citizens makes you feel like you've been banking there for years! You can walk in and sit down in front of Shon and get just about any question answered.

Unethical Don't apply for a loan at this bank. They will ask all kinds of nosy questions, like what is your mother's maiden name. Then, after all the questions and you're so naive enough to answer their questions, they'll turn you down, even though you a have perfect credit rating.
Best bank in town It is always a pleasure to visit this branch. The tellers are very friendly and know their customers. I never have any issues with transactions. I love that this branch has a drive up ATM machine, as many others do not. I will certainly continue to visit this location.
First Citizen's Bank This bank is okay. I like to do my dealings with Carolina First, but this bank is okay. I would recommend it to people who like to get in and out and like small banks.
Great bank First Citizens has been voted the best bank in the Roanoke Valley for several years now. The tellers are all very friendly and most of them know you by name. They have free checking and offer internet banking as well. There best teller was at the drive thru window but for some reason moved her to the inside.
