I would like to rate below 0 stars for my experience today, the 2 elderly staff were extremely rude and discriminatory, they shouted at me: I don't understand you, even though my English is not good, I do transactions here every month and have no problems, the problem is people, I just wanted to transfer 2k to deposit to buy a nail salon but they deliberately picked on me and said I needed an interpreter, they didn't use gg translate and they didn't even listen to me asking for an interpreter over the phone, they were arroga... read more
This is my bank. Very good experiences. I have always been able to speak to an associate at my branch when needed.
