MY BANK for over 15 years I went through the drive through today 01/08/2025 at 2pm the new teller took around 10 minutes to withdraw $200 I gave her my ID and debit card like always and after like 10 minutes she asked me my name this made me late for a very important meeting I just wanted to share this experience!!!!!

I am a business owner and make personal, daily deposits at this Branch. I've always enjoyed the team. They have treated me and my team in a very professional manner, which I greatly appreciate. Over the years, they have also provided me with some helpful advice about varying products. I highly recommend First Citizens.
Employees always talking and laughing instead of paying attention to customers.When they finally do their attitudes are snappy and short.Have to wait in line in drive thru for 20 minutes and only one car in front of us.Same inside and not cause of help shortage.?????
Amazing bank! They have helped me SO much! They seem to really care about your personal problems and not just putting money in their pockets! 10/10 would recommend if you need a new bank!
