Today I went into first citizens Bank at 3225 Peachtree Parkway I am a non-account holder, but was presenting an account holders check which was written to me today on October 7, 2025 I presented the check to the first teller and then she went and got her branch manager named Greg. I sold my car today at a local car dealership in which they are account holders at first citizens bank, the check was for $12,500. Worst bank ever. It’s no wonder their locations are like ghost towns. Do not bank here. You will regret it. They are not customer focused and do not care about keeping their customers happy and satisfied especially if you have an error or fraud on your account. They are snotty and think they are better than everyone.
