Great bank. Poor personal. Ballentyne location is a much better option!!
Well I can see why this bank have such poor ratings. Fortunately customer service at this branch was pretty good, I have no problem with that, but for a bank to charge you $8 to cash their OWN check because you don't have an account with them, is not a good look, It's really not. I understand banks trying to get money any way they can, but at the same time can't figure out why people taking their money out in droves.
