Went concerning some changes to our social group. We had an appointment. The representative from the bank was very professional and very courteous. We completed our business with no problem in a very short time. Great service at this institution.
This happened around May 20th of this year. Note, I had previously went to a diffrent branch days earlier to get a $700 cashier's check for the same new apartment and had no problem. So when I had to get another cashier's check for $500 I didnt think I would be denied. I went to the South Blvd location to get a cashier's check and was told by the teller that she couldn't grant the request bc it had to be $1000. Unprofessional very rude, bad communicated manager cancel my business account without let me know sending a letter for closure then I found out when I call she didn’t fix it right the way till I calm the headquarters even the associates absolutely 0 customer service please everyone as an existing customer I advise you not to do business with that location period.
