This happened around May 20th of this year. Note, I had previously went to a diffrent branch days earlier to get a $700 cashier's check for the same new apartment and had no problem. So when I had to get another cashier's check for $500 I didnt think I would be denied. I went to the South Blvd location to get a cashier's check and was told by the teller that she couldn't grant the request bc it had to be $1000. Unprofessional very rude, bad communicated manager cancel my business account without let me know sending a letter for closure then I found out when I call she didn’t fix it right the way till I calm the headquarters even the associates absolutely 0 customer service please everyone as an existing customer I advise you not to do business with that location period.

I been with FC 30 plus years from college to now. they are the worst bank ever!!!! I had fraud and ever bank has fraud it's how you handle it. the fumble so much and the account that was compromised they still have it open and I'm fighting to close it now they are telling me 4 mos later i owe money on the account, because they never closed it!!!! Navy Federal, Chase but please run!!!!!!!

You would think by now as much as I come here and see the same teller that she would acknowledge me or become “slightly” friendly. She still treats me like its my first time by never greeting me or even a simple “how are you” just a generic transaction every-time. I was transferred to this branch over a year ago. Been a customer for almost 6yrs
