As soon as I walked in.."it's gonna be a minute"... then I sat there as both tellers worked on the drive though deposits. I had a simple transaction and almost walked out. Not sure why it took over 15 minutes. Terrible service Anna and Carole.
A beautiful place to do business
Absolute disaster. No customer service what so ever. You can only speak to robots when calling CS. Paid off vehicle weeks ago and can not get a title or even status. Website suggests title may take over 30 days to receive which is unacceptable. If you email them - you may get a reply in about 3 weeks. Never ever again. Avoid this at any cost.
Recently we had to apply to PPP government program, it was a very good experience for me, I got the help I needed and the process was quick. We were able to keep our business alive. I know others First Citizens Bank (FCB) customers that had same experience with FCB, so it seems I am not the only one with a great opinion about the FCB's team. You took care of your customers in this difficult time!!!We appreciate your valuable help very much. Keep up the good work.
