Thor is the best! He went though and diligently pulled all my records for me as needed and was so kind and professional the entire time. Definitely make sure you're in his line, he will get you right.
Not quite as savvy as I had hoped in terms of being able to do business operations. I was referring by a friend and they are good for personal banking but the business side left me taking more steps to complete important transactions when time was of the essence.
