For the most part. I love the convenience and friendly staff. But waiting pending transaction, takes forever.
I don't bank here much since I have been a S.E.C.U. customer my entire life, but I recently took a second job that pays me with checks from this establishment. I decided to go inside the downtown branch to cash it. This has to be the worst banking experience of my life. No hello upon entering; but then again, Im used to the S.E.C.U. way of doing things. I go to a lot of banks as a factor of my job and I say this respectfully as constructive criticism: First Citizens will not be able to keep up with the other banks (specifically Wells Fargo, Truist, and BofA) at this level of service. The account representative was not informed and cut me off multiple times to share information that was incorrect. I am not frustrated at the representative, but on principle that experience defeats the purpose of having an account representative. Having a representative that is under-informed ... read more
