Been very easy to work with
Computer system went out during a bad thunderstorm and they were polite and kept reassuring me they would still take care of me when they come back up. It was after 5 and they were still polite with me. Very good customer service.
Great group of people, always ready to assist!
Had to change my review to 1 star. This branch updates their policy to not allow exchange of international currency for non customers. I was getting ready to start banking here once I finished paying off another card but this put me off, as I have been doing this once a year for the past few years and each time they would get a bit more rude with me. This policy appears to only be branch specific according to my phone call with customer service. Not a friendly bank and unnecessary attitude.
