Had to change my review to 1 star. This branch updates their policy to not allow exchange of international currency for non customers. I was getting ready to start banking here once I finished paying off another card but this put me off, as I have been doing this once a year for the past few years and each time they would get a bit more rude with me. This policy appears to only be branch specific according to my phone call with customer service. Not a friendly bank and unnecessary attitude.

For the most part. I love the convenience and friendly staff. But waiting pending transaction, takes forever.
I don't bank here much since I have been a S.E.C.U. customer my entire life, but I recently took a second job that pays me with checks from this establishment. I decided to go inside the downtown branch to cash it. This has to be the worst banking experience of my life. No hello upon entering; but then again, Im used to the S.E.C.U. way of doing things.
