Critique's of banks nowadays are a slippery slope. If expecting a rep inside a bank to have all the autonomy under the sun to spend time and make decisions and deliver on special requests or mirror procedures from 15 years ago, they simply do not have that power anymore. Compared to BofA and BBnT, the associates (Especially Sylvia) have always done a great job and put extra effort into my inquiries. I wish you did not have to give a 1 star. it's the worst bank EVER. the girls are rude,and are not customer friendly.the main branch where you get your bank cards from is not any better I opened my account a month and half ago and I'm still waiting on my card. they sent my card 2 different times 2 different addresses so let's hope the 3rd time is a charm.i want to close my account but all the effort I have put into getting my bank card,but I don't see me being a customer long. don't choose this bank it's one big headache.
This bank is not upfront about policies, for instance holding your money for days when establishing a new account and the right to case to case, hold your money for additional 6 months after a new account or any time they feel necessary. Frankly I feel I have been stereotyped and treated poorly. In addition they automatically charged me fees, that I did not sign up for, and told me they had a business mobile app , but after I created the account told me it was in the works and it hadn't launched yet.
