Been a customer for a while, called to ask questions about a couple of transactions in my account and the teller Cody told me (in nicer words) that she can’t get caught up doing this and essentially she doesn’t have time for me and transferred me to a bankers voicemail. 0/10 customer service, as if her customers in the branch are more important? Very confusing and frustrating interaction. Would recommend Hampstead branch over this one.
No wonder this bank has a 3 star rating. No branch manager on duty so they have to rely on a response from the Hampstead branch manager. While you’re waiting there is also no restroom to use so they tell you to have a seat and wait or walk to Wendy’s to use the bathroom
I do not recommend for small businesses especially during a lengthy hardship. The fees are extremely high compared to other local options. Much like the Verizon customer service experience - we are just another number.
they close on friday at 5 pm so for get 6 they changed it
