🤔 Lazy employee or, I went in to cash a check on October 20, 2025 @ 4:42 there was 3 employees 1 female and 2 male employees that was talking I ask one of the male employees how much do you charge to cash a check that is made out to "your bank." told me. Then I showed him the amount of the check and he said oh I cannot cash that check, we do not carry that much money in our bank. It would take more money than what "we have For The Week". I was greeted with warmth and kindness from the moment I walked in the door. Brandon took care of all my questions and concerns. I felt comfortable starting this banking relationship. Very happy about stopping by. I didn’t expect to be treated like family on day one. With the high level customer service I will definitely recommend this bank and branch to others. The worst bank in the US you can ever find. Being in business for over 45 years all over the US we found out this bank has the worst of everything such as: website, customer service, security,... you name it. They don't even answer the phone at the branch since they're always short staffed. They don't return your call or respond to your emails when you have problems let's say with website or when money is missing from your accounts on multiple occasions because of the fraud etc. Their customer service is a joke.
