Terrible customer service!
🤔 Lazy employee or, I went in to cash a check on October 20, 2025 @ 4:42 there was 3 employees 1 female and 2 male employees that was talking I ask one of the male employees how much do you charge to cash a check that is made out to "your bank." told me. Then I showed him the amount of the check and he said oh I cannot cash that check, we do not carry that much money in our bank. It would take more money than what "we have For The Week". I was greeted with warmth and kindness from the moment I walked in the door. Brandon took care of all my questions and concerns. I felt comfortable starting this banking relationship. Very happy about stopping by. I didn’t expect to be treated like family on day one. With the high level customer service I will definitely recommend this bank and branch to others.
