I was greeted with warmth and kindness from the moment I walked in the door. Brandon took care of all my questions and concerns. I felt comfortable starting this banking relationship. The worst bank in the US you can ever find. Being in business for over 45 years all over the US we found out this bank has the worst of everything such as: website, customer service, security,... you name it. They don't even answer the phone at the branch since they're always short staffed. They don't return your call or respond to your emails when you have problems let's say with website or when money is missing from your accounts on multiple occasions because of the fraud etc. Their customer service is a joke.
