I went in to open an IRA. First there was no greater in the lobby, after 5 minutes , a gentleman from the other side asked me for the reason of my visit. I replied that I'm interested in IRA, he said that's not how they do things in their center, they go by the relationship, since I didn't have a checking with them, they couldn't help. Terrible customer service!
🤔 Lazy employee or, I went in to cash a check on October 20, 2025 @ 4:42 there was 3 employees 1 female and 2 male employees that was talking I ask one of the male employees how much do you charge to cash a check that is made out to "your bank." told me. Then I showed him the amount of the check and he said oh I cannot cash that check, we do not carry that much money in our bank. It would take more money than what "we have For The Week".
