I attempted to resolve my concerns directly with the First Citizens Bank Bordeaux Branch in Fayetteville, NC before posting this review. My concerns involved both account handling and a credit card application. A minor account was opened incorrectly, resulting in fees being assessed. During discussions with branch staff, I was informed that the issue was attributed to a former employee. Very friendly and professional..
This is where I do all my business banking. These are very talented and caring bankers, from the tellers to the personal bankers! I have had a positive experience every time I have some in. Fast service, always accurate, and very friendly. Can't recommend them highly enough.
I was just here needing paper statement bc my online has failed to properly send my documents they supposed to send me. It took them over a WEEK! BUTCathy the front Teller obsoletely was the best and helpful young lady! She researched was going on..why, how and done. WOW!! Thank you Cathy and Thnak you First Citizens @ Owen Dr. Fayetteville!
