Worst experience ever they are lazy and do not want to help! They are too busy eating, I went to the skibo location and got all the help I needed. Do not go here
Brother went in to deposit a check and was denied after giving his id and bank card. Showed his bank card and was told “ anyone can get one of those”. Apparently the staff there is comfortable with profiling, which speaks volumes for the management there. I had a business account there and they charged my account into the negative and closed it. Made the deposit to open the business account and they charged paper statements fees of $6.50 a month even though I never received a statement until the account went negative.
Just found out grove street location has shut down permanently.... found out on Facebook . I will be going to another bank with my money No letter , no phone call or anything informing me of this .
Been with the bank for 2 months and it has been the worse decision I ever made ,instead of joining this bank just give your money to the first person you see for safe keeping ,it would be safer and wiser .my account got hacked they stole my money out my account I reported it right away I was told I have to wait till it clears since they was still pending ,I had to wait 2 weeks for everything to clear I finally called the bank back to initiate the dispute on a Tuesday at 3pm the next day Wednesday 9am they made a decision aft... read more
