This particular first citizens has the slowest service!
This branch use to be a customer friendly location. The new staff is very RUDE! I was shocked because this WAS my to go to bank. Wow! Come on First Citizens! I have referred a lot of people to this bank. Bring back the old staff or at least let them get training from them to maintain a level of professionalism and courtesy when it comes to customers. SMH
Worst experience ever they are lazy and do not want to help! They are too busy eating, I went to the skibo location and got all the help I needed. Do not go here
Brother went in to deposit a check and was denied after giving his id and bank card. Showed his bank card and was told “ anyone can get one of those”. Apparently the staff there is comfortable with profiling, which speaks volumes for the management there. I had a business account there and they charged my account into the negative and closed it. Made the deposit to open the business account and they charged paper statements fees of $6.50 a month even though I never received a statement until the account went negative.
