Great customer service!!
Great customer service, and lots of great banking options
Unprofessional customer service, absolutely the worst interaction i've ever experienced. Take your banking business elsewhere- I can't believe they close for 1.5 hours at lunch daily and aren't open on the weekends- their hours are very restricted/limited. I think the workers there just want to get paid, sit there and do nothing so they attempt to drive customers away just so likely they don't have to do any work. Best advice- go somewhere else and hope that they close this worthless branch.
I have held accounts at the First Citizen’s Bank in Gig Harbor for years and they have devolved in to a bank that is entirely apathetic to their customers. They close for lunch from 11:45 to 1:15 so that it impossible to do banking during lunch hours. They are not open on Saturday. Their ATM does not accommodate deposits. Finally, their bank manager needs a costumer service class. I would move my business if It wasn’t so difficult to changed direct deposits and automatic withdrawals. Seriously, do better.
