I would recommend going to any other bank than First Citizens. It's taken phone call after phone call to get my name and address updated when they have made the mistake after I moved out of state. I've faced discriminatory practices both on the phone and in person as a trans customer. Closing my accounts with them has been an absolute nightmare.
