This branch is fine for general use, but don't try to bring coinage here. I got coin wrappers from another branch to wrap my 2025 change jar and after wrapping them carefully at home the lady at the front desk said she could process it no problem. She then after 5 minutes brought back my nickel and penny rolls and told me that they were not counted correctly and I'd have to count them again and come back. I would recommend going to any other bank than First Citizens. It's taken phone call after phone call to get my name and address updated when they have made the mistake after I moved out of state. I've faced discriminatory practices both on the phone and in person as a trans customer. Closing my accounts with them has been an absolute nightmare. I've been denied a manager multiple times on the phone when requested. They disabled my online banking when I still had a credit card with them. It's been an absolute nightmare. The ... read more
Excellent customer service
One of the lady tellers was extremely nice but the other one who was her supervisor I believe was extremely rude with an attitude. This was only my second time at that branch and I was thinking of opening a account there but she definitely change my mind especially if that’s the level of service she provides as a supervisor
