I opened the new account in no time. The bankers went beyond and made sure I was able to take care of my business in no time.
They are fast and polite
This branch is fine for general use, but don't try to bring coinage here. I got coin wrappers from another branch to wrap my 2025 change jar and after wrapping them carefully at home the lady at the front desk said she could process it no problem. She then after 5 minutes brought back my nickel and penny rolls and told me that they were not counted correctly and I'd have to count them again and come back. I would recommend going to any other bank than First Citizens. It's taken phone call after phone call to get my name and address updated when they have made the mistake after I moved out of state. I've faced discriminatory practices both on the phone and in person as a trans customer. Closing my accounts with them has been an absolute nightmare.
