One of the lady tellers was extremely nice but the other one who was her supervisor I believe was extremely rude with an attitude. This was only my second time at that branch and I was thinking of opening a account there but she definitely change my mind especially if that’s the level of service she provides as a supervisor
I do not understand the logic of putting a drive thru window at a bank and making the lanes so narrow that your average work van can't fit thru it. Seeing as how most construction workers that drive work vans are to too hot, dirty and tired to go in a bank after a long day. Real inconvenience to say the least.

Idk why the reviews are so bad - I had an awesome experience here. Zero wait and super professional, friendly, and effective staff. Caitlin went above and beyond to help me with a cashier’s check quickly and smoothly, and even gave me her card and asked that the receiving bank call her if they have any trouble with the check. Also the place is locked down like Fort Knox, it’s a fun vibe.
I’m a business owner and I’ve been to this bank numerous time to cash checks from clients. Every single time I have come to this bank to cash a check I have been presented with problems and they won’t cash my clients first citizens checks. They call and verify the check and still won’t cash the checks. I go to any other first citizens Bank, and never have these problems. Very very bad service here at this bank advise you go to any other bank then this one. I tried to talk with the manager and she is just as bad.
