I opened a business account with First Citizens Bank six months ago specifically to build a relationship and apply for a business credit card. I was told by Renando to wait six months before applying. I followed those instructions exactly. When I returned to move forward, I was connected with a Senior Vice President who promised a callback within a few days. That call never came. Beautiful Bank. In side. The Staff is awesome. Very helpful.
First Citizens is really a great bank overall. But the Boca office is the exception. I’ve had an account there for over 10 years and everything was good. I inadvertently connected my debit card to an online account (yes, my error) and unknowingly overdrew my account. I am 60 years old and this is the first time I’ve ever overdrawn a checking account.
