First Citizens is really a great bank overall. But the Boca office is the exception. I’ve had an account there for over 10 years and everything was good. I inadvertently connected my debit card to an online account (yes, my error) and unknowingly overdrew my account. I am 60 years old and this is the first time I’ve ever overdrawn a checking account.
