Scott and his team at First Citizen's Jupiter branch were instrumental in helping my daughter and her partner begin to fulfill their dreams. In Boca, steer clear of a guy named Yates. He is inexperienced and quite frankly has a chip on his shoulder. Stick with north county.
There is no ATM here. In spite if what popular map apps say, there is no ATM. It has been removed. I am a customer looking to get cash outside banking hours and I can't. I went to 2 different First Citizens locations, neither of which had an ATM in spite of what the maps say. The excellent website banking is about the only reason I stay with this bank.
