I've made multiple visits to the 1st Citizens Bank in Fredericksburg across from the bus station. Each time I visit I never have all the information needed to make a deposit for the company I work for but thanks to Stacy Hill who always offers impeccable service I manage to get my company's mission accomplished. When I opened my business here in Fredericksburg, I met with Javier, Samir and the whole family at the Fredericksburg location just down the road from my soon to be office. I was asking a steep order. Zero Business history, SBA loan, short time to close. They smiled at me, and said they would do their best. I was waiting 45 minutes this morning on hold Poor Customer Service. Hold times are extremely long and no representative available. Does not to return call back request. I will not recommend.
