Very helpful especially Angela that retired.
I've been using the Leicester branch of FCB for the last four years. I've been treated well and all of my questions have been answered quickly. Very convenient for my purposes.
First Citizen's Bank as a whole is not bad but this branch is REALLY terrible. They are rude and act like they are the IRS. They never go out of their way to be kind or helpful. I often drive 20+ minutes out of my way in order to avoid this branch.
