Had the privilege of speaking with Dustin Embler at the Merrimon ave branch in Asheville. Called to inquire on banking and loan information and am now moving all my banking to First Citizens. Dustin along with all other employees I have spoke to have been very welcoming and knowledgeable. Great experience and highly recommend.
