This bank really lacks customer service! My business accounts are all here and they just keep making everything difficult. Now we have to come inside the building to do business no drive thru service for business accounts. They never said that the first 5 times I went through the drive thru or when I signed up. I’ve been there everyday for a week straight and they demand ID like they don’t know who I am. They keep saying something about the patriot act.
