This place is an absolute joke. Drive through only at 10 AM on a Friday. Everything about first citizens is thumbs down. Will be switching banks.
This bank really lacks customer service! My business accounts are all here and they just keep making everything difficult. Now we have to come inside the building to do business no drive thru service for business accounts. They never said that the first 5 times I went through the drive thru or when I signed up. I’ve been there everyday for a week straight and they demand ID like they don’t know who I am. They keep saying something about the patriot act. All my other banks know me by name and are super polite and helpful, not... read more
