10 July 2025 - I arrived at the drive-up window at 11:30am, no line. The female teller gave me and warm welcome and I noticed the updated transaction tray, which she acknowledged. Everything was over so fast I didn't have time to tend any cell phone chores. Be ready, they are Fast!

I only stop at this location if I have to. I've gone here with questions at least twice, and on both occasions my questions were met with complete befuddlement, and only "sorry" for an answer. No attempt to figure anything out (took the same questions to other branches and got my answers right away). I'd say that of the branches in my area, this is the one that has the biggest air of confusion about it. Keep everything simple and straightforward for them, and you should be okay. Otherwise, I'd suggest going elsewhere.
