The worst bank ever!! Unfortunately I have 2 accounts with them. Have branch managers to return call for general questions is impossible!! I tried this location (Westinghouse) and the one on Eastway dr. for few days. I hope someone in charge will read reviews and make difference!!
Great folks ,, nice facility.
First Citizen is bank I go to make my deposits for business accounts. The one teller in the drive thru is friendly, however today there was another lady, that was not friendly at all. I get there has to be rules for the drive thru however I have never been told that with multiple deposits I must come inside. Instead the one teller just takes the deposits. Three stars only because the one lady there is nice but my encounter today was not friendly or polite.
Atm works. I just need cash.
The worst bank I have ever been involved with. NC and SC are not the same....I have tried to transfer money and cannot... MY MONEY AND I CANT MOVE IT...BULLSHIT!!!!!! I am moving my account Monday!
