Understaffed consistently
I have tried hard to be a First Citizens customer. They don't make it easy though. Nothing has ever been quick about this bank. Most everything I have done has taken a few attempts to get it right too. Lots of runaround, no one can do what I need done, or it'll be a few days (then never happens). They charge for everything as well. Online ACH? Fee. Cash at the window? Fee. Forget to enroll yourself in online banking because they can't do it for you? Believe it or not, fee.
