Thankful to have found First Citizens in Woodstock. They are what all banks should be. Friendly, efficient, reasonable and 5 star customer service. They seem to care about our business almost as much as we do. Very refreshing.
Worst Banking Experience we ever had Teller S.A was Extremely Rude, very Unprofessional and ignorant to my wife and family! Called the Headquarter in N.C and they don't ever care!! Just very bad Business!
This branch is the absolute PITS. The branch manager and several of the associates are racist and biased. I have been discriminated against, treated unfairly, disrespected and nothing has been done as of yet about it. Since this all begin they have purposely closed two of my accounts just to be spiteful.
