I've been waiting on a car title for nearly 3 months after paying the loan off. You can either go see them in person and they'll tell you to just wait or send an email to their title help department who will simply never respond. This bank is garbage.
Incredible service! I chose this branch because of their reviews, and they did not disappoint. The tellers were helpful, and Robbie, the financial representative I met with, was thorough, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure all my banking needs were met. He made the whole process easy and stress-free, and on top of that was super kind. 10/10.
Worst customer service i ever had. Was the only person there stopped in to cash a check took a half hour for the lady to even speak to me. Close this bank
Best bank branch I've ever dealt with. I have double digit accounts with First Citizens, both business and personal. From checking accounts, trust accounts, vehicle loans, and real estate loans, they have the expertise to guide and assist you. The tellers are also extremely helpful and friendly. Unlike other banks, I see the same faces for years at this branch which speaks to the job the branch management does.
