If you're looking for a good bank this isn't the one for you
It's literally like a bank that doesn't know how to do banking. A couple of the tellers are pleasant, but the "know-how" is non-existent. My father opened an IRA with a FSB in my state when he amd mom were visiting. After he died, my mother went to transfer those funds in her local Taylorsville, NC FSB branch, and learned FSB lost the beneficiary documents. She had went to this local branch and 2 branches in VA searching for hard copies with no luck. The bank kept saying they were working on it but never provided her any com... read more
