Went in at 4:15 to open a new joint account for me and my wife and got told to come back another day. There was 2 bankers present. One was busy with customer the other with her door wide open just in there signing papers. They just didn’t want to do it due to being lazy and wanting their day to be complete almost a hour before closing. Lost what would have been a lifelong customer. Dumb strategy.
