RecommendedI have been with First Citizens Bank so many years that I can’t remember not having First Citizens as my Bank. Everyone is super nice, up on what they are doing and always willing to help anyone that needs help, with a smile. You will why banking at Forest Citizens.
Worst customer service ever....after 20 years of being with them I am closing all 4 of my accounts with them.....and they could care less. That in itself is their problem.
First Citizens Bank is a great place to do business. I have been with them for over 5 years. The people at the downtown Hickory Office are always professional and courteous. I have my personal account with them and 2 business accounts. I could not ask for a better bank.
