This branch made me feel so unwelcomed. I came to open up an account and I had a Treasury check and they said it didnt process. I havent even signed the back of it and the lady on the left told me in a rude voice that “it doesnt matter”.Looking at me in disgust like I felt so segregated. I uploaded that check into my online bank account for mobile deposit and SIGNED THE BACK & it got approved. I've been with First Citizens about 18 years. I love this institution but think it's now time to switch to a local credit union. I keep having to request new debit cards because of hackers over the last 3 years! I used to never have these issues. It's so inconvenient. Received another alert someone tried using my card again. My husband has been with his bank 30 years, local credit union & he's never one time had any issues.
