The most dog shit banking organization I’ve ever felt with. Starts off with not having a bank card or access to my money for weeks. Now the app says I have such and suck amount of money in my account yet the money I have “access” to is in the negative and they still take an overdraft charge when I’m not in the negative. Shady, unprofessional, and will never be back. Mind you I’ve called for days and no answer on any customer service number

Rudeness! A representative hung up on me for trying to ascertain why my autopay has been removed from my account. I am shocked by the behavior of this Citizen’s Bank employee. I had more respect for this bank - not now.
