Nice helpful staff
This is the best bank that I’ve ever had. They have been consistent with their great customer service over many many years. I highly recommend them. Those girls have taken such good care of me and Luke the manager is amazing. If I ever had a problem, everyone of them have gone above and beyond. If I haven’t had a problem, everyone of them have gone above and beyond.
Great Business Bank with excellent customer service! I recently sold my company, and I did business banking with this First Citizens branch for several years. I also financed several commercial properties in two states that were valued in the millions. No other bank could come close to their rates and the excellent service I received. I had previously banked with several larger banks and was happy that I changed to First Citizens.
I have banked with First Citizens Carlsbad for about 10 years. GREAT consistent CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are professional, yet personal, and are willing to go out of their way to help when needed. I highly recommend them.
