I have a longstanding account with this bank, and I try to avoid this branch like the plague. Ignorant rude service. Does not seem like a bank. Lack of professionalism, and the rudeness is basically a defensive mechanism to cover up for general fundamental incompetence. In fact, I opened another account in a different banking institution after discovering that this is my nearest branch. I still bank with First Citizens, so it is a big inconvenience that this is my nearest branch, but it is easier to work around them.
Brittany is the true definition of what customer service is not! She is rude and has a very bad attitude. First Citizens should know about her attitude and take accountability of why she is allowed to speak to customers the way she does. She is very unprofessional. I have been banking with this branch for over ten years, trusting them to take care of me since I deposit over 10k p/mo. I lost my job making 125k annually and hav fallen on hard times taking care of my family and forced to take a position making 70k less. I have maxed out my savings and credit cards and have been having to utilize the overdraft protection on my account.
