Brittany is the true definition of what customer service is not! She is rude and has a very bad attitude. First Citizens should know about her attitude and take accountability of why she is allowed to speak to customers the way she does. She is very unprofessional. I have been banking with this branch for over ten years, trusting them to take care of me since I deposit over 10k p/mo. I lost my job making 125k annually and hav fallen on hard times taking care of my family and forced to take a position making 70k less. I have maxed out my savings and credit cards and have been having to utilize the overdraft protection on my account. Went here to get something notarized and the lady was cold, rude and seemed annoyed we were there. We asked if we could pay the fee by card and she said, "ain't nobody take cards." ... you're literally a bank that gives out debit cards but you can't take payment with them. I'm so sick of this backwards, stuck in the 50s place. Bye!
