I’ve been with them for years and years. Then, they just delete my entire bank account with them. I’m baffled and irritated right now. I’ve ALWAYS had issues with this bank and never once did I complain, but you know what? It’s time to complain.
I used to bank here, but I changed banks because someone got ahold of my debit card info online and charged a bunch of stuff, the bank sent me a text message at 2am and asked if I made this purchase I texted back no I didn't, and they still charged me the overdraft fees it happened more than once... I am still out about $200 so I changed banks.
