I used to bank here, but I changed banks because someone got ahold of my debit card info online and charged a bunch of stuff, the bank sent me a text message at 2am and asked if I made this purchase I texted back no I didn't, and they still charged me the overdraft fees it happened more than once... I am still out about $200 so I changed banks.
This is absolutely a great place to work and do business with! The staff is always extremely helpful with any questions I may have, no matter how big or small.
This is a great bank with excellent customer service! They are always friendly and willing to lend a hand with any type of banking need. I am especially thankful for the way Carla has "gone the extra mile" several times within the past few months to provide help and needed information. The employees at this branch care and are a great asset to this community!
**Update: November 2024- I suppose about the time I was just over it, so was everyone else When I posted this, the ATM was out about a total of 3 weeks and then following this, the bank announced that we were being heard and they would be fully replacing the ATM. So far, so good with the new one so I'm renewing this rating and thank you First Citizens! This bank has served us well overall as a company and we've been loyal customers over 20 years, but since moving to Liberty it sadly makes us want to switch banks entirely! T... read more
