So, take my word for it, it is worth changing to this bank, I promise you will not regret the move.
After 6 months of great banking with this branch my husband and I were ultimately distressed to learn that First Citizens was suddenly charging $12 out of our account for a service fee. Unbeknownst to us when I called the Piney Forest branch where we had first setup the account, a woman, presumably the bank manager, explained that because we had been recieving paper statements in the mail, after 6 months we would be charged a monthly fee of $12 for them.
