We have been banking for a year with FCB on W. Main St. in Lexington. Excellent customer service from staff and tellers. Regarding a recent financial transaction, a special thank you to Kyle Jones. His professional and friendly demeanor is a winning combination! Key things we appreciated were the way he kept the process on track, his patience with our communication, and keeping us informed along the way. We definitely recommend FCB and Mr. Jones.
I have been with First Citizens for 18 years. I just recently moved to Lexington County. I had a problem with my online business banking. I was told by the main office, I would have to go to my local branch. I went to the 728 W. Main street Lexington, SC branch. I walked in and a young man, Garrison Graham Immediately asked me to come back to his office. I must say, he acted like I was his only customer. He took my issues very seriously and solved all them.
