The only thing this location is good for is making a deposit. It's impossible to walk in and talk to somebody. Usually they only have two people you can talk to the manager and on the other side an agent but the manager is always always busy even if you don't see her doing anything. But I've gone to other First Citizens locations the one across the street from Walmart on Sunset boulevard you can always just wait maybe 5 minutes and talk to somebody but not this location.
