While in line, I overheard the teller 'Zethina' (i think thats the correct spelling) saying she researches her friends love interests accounts and to see their financial standings and reports that to the friend to determine if the love intrest is good enough. I love friends like that but don't want to do buisness with a place this unprofessional. We will bank elsewhere.
Today's service experience at First Citizens Bank was excellent. I visited with my daughter to transfer her account, and Cameron provided us with exceptional assistance. She offered clear options and was very informative and helpful throughout the process.
