Regina (in the offices) was absolutely amazing helping me set up my business account and get everything situated! Never met someone with such great customer service! I’d recommend any one to go to her!
I think is a good bank every time I go I dont have to wait long compare to other banks and I think now every where you go is crazy !!!
If you like mistakes this is the bank to go to. Then when you call back about the mistake made, the representative at the Lancaster branch laughs over the phone at the situation. What was funny? Literally, what was funny about the mistake you all made? The building is absolutely filthy. No chairs to sit.
