My debit card was used at an unknown 'Wal-Mart" I contacted the 1-888 number on a Saturday and they cancelled my card. They told me to go to the bank Monday and they would be able to print off a bank statement so that I could see which Wal-Mart it was so that I could report it to the police dept. When I got there, they said that their fraud team already had an open investigation, that this happens all the time, and that they can't tell which Wal-Mart it was, just somewhere in Columbia, SC. Stopped in to cash a check for my mom. The lady at the drive thru window took one look at the check and refused to cash it- even though it was endorsed by both my mom and I, and I had my ID. When I told her I cash checks for my mom all the time at the other banks in town, her response was "Well then you can go to the other bank." She was extremely rude and snippy. I went to the bank on Whiskey Road and they cashed the check with no problems. I will not be going to this bank anymore.
