A really good bank to deal with. Been with them for 15 years
I joined First citizens Bank in Virginia before moving to Aiken South Carolina. I went to the whiskey Road branch introduced myself to Laurie and Dori. I cannot ask for a better professional dealings with any bank I’ve dealt with in the past 50 years they’re my go to bank, hands-down.

The entire staff is professional and very efficient They always treat me with kindness and respect Dori Pennington is the BEST 10 Stars to this bank
When I cash checks on New Ellenton the teller "Pam" always asks if I have an account so it got to the point where I had to make complaints about her and guess what happen nothing !!! Sharon Crabbe vice president sent me a letter that my accounts where going to be close on such date so I closed it myself I recommend SRP!! SHARON CRABBE needs to be Fired for not providing the right training in customer service...
