Tellers very helpful. Mostly used online banking never had any problems
Gina Dodson at First Citizens is the absolute best. I own a business and at times need help pretty quickly. She is so responsive to emails and always willing to go above and beyond to help. In today's business world this seems to be a rare thing. Gina is a wonderful asset to anyone who likes having that personal connection with your bank. My experience with First Citizens has been amazing!!
This branch is not even worth trying to work with. My online banking was breached and they had the audacity to tell me I couldn’t get back into to my account until I paid someone to clear all my electronics and bring them a receipt. I had to call my home branch and they essentially had to blow up their email and phone to get a response and go up the chain of command to get them to work with them.
