Always friendly and efficient.
I’ve used First Citizens for over 11 years! I called this morning with banking needs that I usually can do over the phone. But not today! I spoke with a lady by the name of Gina. Not sure if that’s how she spells it! But she was very rude ! As a business owner, and a manger of another business in my life time!!! She was unprofessional and just rude!!! Very understaffed, unprofessional bank. After waiting a long time for one simple transaction we left. The teller at the window was crying and said she was having a nervous breakdown because she is so overworked...wow First Citizens. You need to do better. Moving my accounts next week.
