I went in to have something notarized at this bank. I’ve been banking with for almost 10 years and I get it costed with “do you bank here” like I don’t belong. it’s most annoying since that teller is probably only been there a year or less. I don’t like being treated that way where I hold my money.
I really like this location- it reminds me of my hometown First Citizens where I grew up. Everyone is personable and extremely helpful. I look forward to seeing them when I have to go in person.
I switched from another bank to this one and I have been very happy with it. All the folks who work there are very nice and friendly.
Every time I come in, they're very snobbish and seems to purposely make ppl wait. I don't like going here.
