We have used several different area banks and credit unions in the area, but this one is by far our favorite. Every local bank we've used has gotten the job done for us as needed, but this place is always so friendly and professional. Seems like they never have a bad attitude and that is much appreciated.
I appreciate the bank for the time I used them but I’m switching to Community First Banking. I would’ve stayed with FCB if they would understand the importance of getting back with their customers and taking care of them but they’ve failed to do that several times with me! Disappointed. I’ve worked in customer service for a good while and making sure my customers needs are met were always and are still my top priority! Customer service is terrible, they will do something for me one day and another day claim that they don't do that ever. Staff was very rude and unprofessional, and they do not know what they are doing. I will be switching banks yet again because of my time and money they wasted more than a few times, and also I deposited an amount of cash and the amount I gave to them in person is more than what they deposited in my account.
