I really like this location- it reminds me of my hometown First Citizens where I grew up. Everyone is personable and extremely helpful. I look forward to seeing them when I have to go in person.
I switched from another bank to this one and I have been very happy with it. All the folks who work there are very nice and friendly.
Every time I come in, they're very snobbish and seems to purposely make ppl wait. I don't like going here.
First Citizens as a whole is not a bad bank, but this location is TERRIBLE. I always hate when having to deal with them directly. The young guy who is always at the window is always rude and snooby. Then on occasion when I had to call them to ask questions they literally laughed in my ear telling me to call a 1800 number, which is fine but they like professionalism. They need better employees at this location.
We have used several different area banks and credit unions in the area, but this one is by far our favorite. Every local bank we've used has gotten the job done for us as needed, but this place is always so friendly and professional. Seems like they never have a bad attitude and that is much appreciated.
