6/5/26 CC cannot access digital banking to lock my card. Yet another system outage. It is reprehensible to limit customers options to locking and securing their cards if lost or stolen
I have had multiple banks handle my business counts over the years. I left due to high fees, deposits made to the wrong account, fees for everything. I found First Citizens a few years ago, by a referral. Where was this referral years ago! I love all the tellers at all the locations I ha e used. They are conveniently located, so where ever I am, I can bank. They are helpful in helping me grow my business! Thank you for supporting and helping small business, locally!
Went to drive through on 05/01/2026 try to withdraw 1500$ the lady told me I have to come inside for that large amount.
