Absolutely ridiculous! I have been banking with First Citizens before it was First Citizens! On 11/10/25 at 3:20pm used ATM machine for a $300 withdrawal , did not dispense the cash, issued receipt saying completed, my phone showed completed. Went in Bank and absolutely NO HELP! Gave me a card to call "Fraud Central", now three phone calls later still not resolved! I realize they have procedures but again RIDICULOUS!
