Amy is rude and unprofessional
This bank pretty much took $200 from me and can't explain it to me and the manager wouldn't even try to resolve the situation kept making me talk to a teller and they all gave me a different story each day as to were my $200 went yet still no money witch was supposed to be in there, one of the bank tellers there Joyce is very rude doesn't need to be in customer service work. would not recommend this bank to anyone if u want good customer service and to know that your money is good I would highly suggest a different bank
Today I was simply withdrawing some spending money from the ATM, but this has been my go to bank since 1973.
