Not a good bank to do business with if you ever have a problem you will get the run around treatment. The managers have no ability to help its all run out North Carolina branches. So if you have a big problem you are screwed. None of the south carolina branches have the ability to make any decisions and there attitude is simply. We Don't care about the customer at all. Verify dissatisfied withthis bank. We have have our mortgage and business account here. When I first opened the business account they charged me 6.50 per account for paper statements. They don’t ask you if you want them or not when you set up the account like all other banks do. They say “it’s in the paperwork we gave you and you have to cut it off when you set up your online acct”. After the fact of course.
