Fantastic bank with outstanding staff! I moved my business banking to First Citizens about 2 years ago, and I could not be happier. Their staff is smart, capable, and responsive, and they do a great job of anticipating my needs. They are the best around!
Wonderful staff.
Place your money with an authentic boutique bank. Avoid them like the plague if you are a high end business that has deep pockets! They treat their best customers rudely, they act irritated by accommodating the smallest request and they have embarrassed my husbands company by calling out balances in a small setting in front of customers as well as calling out loud large checks deposited. They are not discrete, they do not know how to handle high end customers and if a bank does that we consider it a low brow establishment. C... read more
