Would never bank here. From the moment you walk in Cruella DeVille is at the door with the most snobbish attitude. The workers there have a rude deposition and worst of all just lost a new customer. If I could give this location negative stars I would definitely do that.
“Easley location” The red headed girl at the counter is very rude and unpleasant.. she will deliberately inconveniences your banking process! The reviews for this branch speaks for its self! Do better First Citizens bank.
On more than one time have I been treated rudely by horrible employees. It's as if they're doing you a favor.
I have banked at First Citizens for a very long time. Almost 50 years. Was always good personal service. Now, long relationships do not matter. No one cares. They talk like they do. But when you need money,.like an increase in credit card limit, you will probably NOT get it if you NEED it. So now I will take my needs to another bank where they WANT to help people. I pay my bills and I DO NOT borrow money I cannot pay back.
