Great staff and location!! They help with small business as well!!

Deposited $100 to open the accounts. Then they closed it unannounced and never been informed on why it was closed. Have been told it would take 7 to 10 business days to get this money back. Today is day 11 and still no money has come back. Whatever you people do, DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH FIRST CITIZENS. They are a disreputable bank that is obviously doing shady BUSINESS practices.
Good bank
Customer for 20+ years but bank refused to notarize standard probate form because its against bank policy. Bank has no appreciation for customer loyalty.
