Nice folks as tellers, but the banking practices forced me to move my accounts across Main Street. I opened a sizable Money Market account at a decent interest rate, 4.5%+. They did not tell me that rate was only temporary and I was surprised when it soon dropped to 0.05%! How they get away with calling that a Money Market account, I do not know. Don't let First Citizens trick you--protect your money.
