I am proud to say, I been with this bank for years now. And I will never change to any other bank! I haven’t had no issues whatsoever! My transactions are always easy and simple. The tellers are very nice! Ethan always has great customer service!
Nice folks as tellers, but the banking practices forced me to move my accounts across Main Street. I opened a sizable Money Market account at a decent interest rate, 4.5%+. They did not tell me that rate was only temporary and I was surprised when it soon dropped to 0.05%! How they get away with calling that a Money Market account, I do not know. Don't let First Citizens trick you--protect your money.
