This is my bank I have no complaints I'm able to complete my transactions with no delay! I would recommend First Citizens Bank if you are looking for a bank.
This bank and the staff are awesome .Sheena has helped me with financing of many loans . She trusted me when I was a new business and believed in me . Ms.Willie is always smiling and willing to help me .
I went to open an account and was told because it was too close to closing I couldn't open an account. It was 4:04. One lady was willing to help me out and open the account but because the other employee told her not to, I was unable to open the account. Mind, when I walked in, they weren't doing anything and decided to just not do their jobs when I came in. I would highly recommend doing your business with another bank because this bank clearly does not value customers.
Had 2 incidents with this bank at this location ...1st (can't recall the date but in 2024) ...came through the drive through to get a small withdrawal. Teller had me waiting for about 7 mins. Teller came back to window briefly in between my 7 mins & asked me where I opened the account. I told her and asked if everything was ok. She assured me it was.
